Amanda Crawford is the founder and driving force behind Crawford Sourcing and Consulting, a firm committed to strengthening the hospitality industry through expert task force support and consulting services. With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality—specializing in sales, events, and marketing—Amanda brings a deep understanding of hotel operations and guest experience to every partnership.
In 2019, Amanda launched Crawford Sourcing and Consulting with a vision: to create flexible career opportunities for highly skilled professionals while helping hotels find the right people for the right roles. Her ability to adapt and provide strategic, customized solutions has made CSC a trusted partner for properties across the country.
Amanda’s leadership is grounded in operational insight, a people-first approach, and a commitment to excellence. Her goal is simple: to deliver results that elevate both the business and the guest experience.
Based in Austin, Texas, Amanda finds inspiration and balance through her family. She and her husband, Evan, are proud parents to Hayden and Everly, and share their home with two beloved dogs, Lexi and Penny. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys reading, traveling, supporting her kids' sports, and spending time with loved ones.

Candy is passionate about contributing to a team that values connection and quality service. Outside of work, she enjoys watching TV series inspired by true stories, reading books, and spending time with her cats and loved ones.
